I am one of the massage therapists and weight loss consultants at Multicare and I have been with the company for over 10 years now. My Ideal Protein journey began over six years ago, when my daughter was 18 months old. At the time, I was still carrying some excess "baby" weight and trying to keep up with her was tiring. I decided it was time to change my life and habits because life was not just about me any more, but my daughter. Clearly I wanted to be a good role model, and I knew if I changed my health habits it would benefit her too. I have lost a total of 50lbs., 14 sizes, and countless inches. Today, I have adopted a healthy lifestyle of good eating habits and incorporating exercise. This program changed the way I viewed food, and opened my eyes to we truly are what we eat. I am proud to say I have a 7 and ½ year old who loves bell peppers, broccoli, and has a total dislike for pizza! As a coach, my journey and experiences are how I like to help my dieters. Every struggle and triumph is relatable to something I too have experienced. Like most of us, I am a "foodie". I also enjoy cooking so I love coming up with new Ideal Protein Phase 1 recipes, tips, and ideas. I am passionate about being a coach at Multicare because I believe in the end result!
